Dear future and current customers,
Carefully read Terms of Use to the online storePromixfishing.com”, before you start using it. This page contains the general conditions for using the site, according to which Promix EOOD communicates with consumers through online trading of fishing tackle.
I. protection of personal data - All personal data published by the user are stored in accordance with the regulation concerning "General rules for the protection of personal data". Promix EOOD undertakes to use the Client's personal data, only and only for the purposes, provided by these Terms of Use.
Promix EOOD undertakes not to disclose the Client's personal data to third parties, unless he has received express permission from him to do so or the information must be provided to the relevant authorities under Bulgarian law.
Promix EOOD undertakes to use the Client's personal data only for the following purposes:
– Customer order processing.
– Statistical purposes, to improve the functionality of the store.
– If the customer agrees to be informed about new products and promotions.
II. Delivery time – The delivery time is 1 (one) working day from placing the order, if we have the given product in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you, to inform you, when the product will be available from us.
If given orders have been shipped AFTER 15:00h, will be processed and released by courier the next day! We try to send the ordered goods in the shortest possible time.
When placing an order, the Customer must:
– To enter a current and valid address, as well as a current and valid phone number.
- To finalize the order by pressing the "Complete order" button.
– After receiving a valid order, we will contact you, to let you know, that we have accepted the order.
– By checking the box "I agree to the terms of use", The customer agrees to these General Terms of Use.
– All product prices, which are uploaded to the site are VAT included.
III. Complaint and return of goods – According to the Consumer Protection Act (PPE), The customer has the right to return the goods purchased from us within 7 (seven) business days after purchase, without explicit grounds for this, as long as the condition of the goods is the same, as at the time of receipt and (including intact packaging!). The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.
On complaint, are subject to goods that do not meet the quality requirements, specified on the site or instructions for use. In the event that the Customer has tried to repair it himself or has deliberately damaged the goods, no right of refusal.
IMPORTANT! IF YOU FIND DAMAGE TO THE SHIPMENT DUE TO TRANSPORT - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE CHARGE AND A REPORT SHOULD BE COMPILED BY THE COURIER! THIS APPLIES ONLY AND ONLY, IF YOU DETERMINE THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT ON SITE.
IV. General conditions for the use of online store "promixfishing.com”.
1. Orders on our online store are accepted 24/7 and ALL YEAR ROUND.
2. Deliveries are made only and only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
3. They have a guarantee ONLY the items, for which it is explicitly mentioned in the product description.
4. The price is described in the product description, characteristics and information about the goods, aimed at helping you make your choice.
5. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
6. Orders are not accepted if the recipient's data is filled in incorrectly.
7. When accepting the order, make sure, that it is undamaged, crushed, broken or damaged. If you notice any problem with the shipment, contact Us immediately. If you cannot contact us, reject the shipment and write a reason for the rejection on the shipment's bill of lading.
8. Payment for the products is made only by cash on delivery.
9. The costs of returning an item are borne by the Customer.
10. To confirm your order, we will contact you at the phone number you provided.
11. PROMIX EOOD reserves the right to make changes related to the design of the site without warning, as well as in its functionality, changes related to the publication of new articles, their pictures and their descriptions, removing out-of-stock items or changing the prices of certain items.
12. All prices published on the site include VAT and are in Bulgarian leva.
IMPORTANT: Product discounts and free shipping do not apply to products in “Promotion”.
